Except as otherwise expressly stated by us, any use of the Services is subject to the version of this Agreement in effect at the time of use. Your continued use of the Services after any modifications, alterations or updates are made constitutes your acknowledgement of such changes. You agree that neither we nor any of our affiliates shall be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the Services, in whole or in part, or of any content, feature or product offered through the Services. Your continued use of the Services after such changes will indicate your acceptance of such changes.
