Mental health for men is important.  Of men polled, 77% have suffered with common mental health symptoms.  Men are less likely than women to seek help for stressful life situations due to social norms, hesitancy to talk about it, or brushing off the symptoms.  Is your relationship causing you to become angry and irritable?
